This style of colour application gives a very interesting look to valance lights, pendant light and torchiere alike. This is refered to as clear trails, white glass to start, than colour glass ontop (in this case the blue) which can be customized to any colour to suit the room with clear trails ontop to give depth and dimension to the lamp.
